•Digital gift card purchases are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase (Yes, you can put the email address of your intended recipient) and contain instructions on how the code can be redeemed at checkout. Please check your spam folder before contacting support to see if it is there.

• The redeemable code will be sent via email. You can then print the gift card if a hardcopy is necessary. No physical item will be sent with a digital gift card purchase.

• Good for anything on the storefront, including all physical and digital products. Codes will apply to this storefront only.

• Digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and can be used multiple times until the card balance hits zero. You will see your updated balance on your order confirmation email. If you need to know your balance before making a purchase, please contact support.
