Join Lauren's Art Club at Gator Joe's Beach Bar & Grill for a unique textured paint night where your artwork literally comes to life! Using acrylic paint and joint compound, you'll create a beautiful dimensional masterpiece with rich texture and bold color. Choose from the serene ocean waves or vibrant sunflower design and personalize it with your own creative touch.
No experience? No problem! Our step-by-step instructor will guide you through the entire process, making this the perfect night out for beginners and experienced painters alike.

This painting event is on your choice of a 10x20" stretched canvas or 8x18" wood plank.
The event lasts from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM! You must purchase your ticket beforehand to book your spot. If you have a special occasion, please reach out and let Lauren know so she can prepare to make your night even better!
This is an acrylic painting and the paint and everything needed to complete your masterpiece is supplied. Bring an apron if you'd like, or wear some paint clothes in case it gets messy!
Lauren will be assisting you throughout the process to ensure that you have something to be proud of in the end. This event is all about having fun, and that will be a definite!
About Gator Joe's
Marion County, Florida’s only Key West style waterfront restaurant.
Established in 1926 on the water’s edge of Lake Weir, Gator Joe’s is a family friendly restaurant with a laid back atmosphere and island cuisine.
Gator Joe’s got its name from a famous alligator who lived in Lake Wier from approximately 1930 – 1952.
In 1934, while trying to find the Ma Barker Gang, the FBI intercepted a letter mentioning an “Old Joe” near the Barker hideout. Lake Weir was pinpointed as it was found to have a big gator known as “Old Joe”.
On January 16, 1935, the FBI found the Barker gang in a historic home ⅛ mile from Gator Joe’s and in a 4-hour gun battle, Ma and one of her sons were killed. “Joe” on the other hand lived until 1952.
